Motorola 1963 High-Speed Switching Transistor Handbook - A 362-page book on the design of high-speed digital logic circuits using germanium mesa transistors and silicon planar transistors. Lots of details and circuits. This book became almost instantly obsolete with the advent of digital logic ICs in the mid-1960s.
